• Orders have to be sent in writing, via email (info@samsshoptowels.com) or fax (877) 394-4230)
• Email orders will receive a reply confirming receipt.
• For fax orders, please call to confirm receipt.
• Sam’s Shop Towels will not be responsible tor orders that have not been confirmed.
• All rush orders need to be called in and Inform after sending the PO.

• All blank orders that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours.
• Screen printed orders (except beach towels) for up to 2 color imprint and 3k pcs are typically
shipped in 5 to 7 working days after digital proof approval.
• Beach towel orders are typically shipped within 8 - 12 working days after digital proof approval.
• Sublimated towels and blankets are shipped within 7 - 10 working days after digital proof approval.
• Embroidery orders typically shipped within 7 - 10 working days after approval.
• Made in USA jacquard towel orders requires 4 - 6 week production time upon approval of the sample.
• Edge to Edge fiber reactive towel orders requires 10 to 12 weeks standard lead time.
• Overseas tote bag or aprons order can be fulfilled in 4 weeks by air or 8 to 10 weeks by ocean.
• Rush orders must be approved by Sam’s Shop Towels. An upcharge may apply to rush orders.
• Lead times can be minimized, please do contact us for details. FREE RUSH IS ALSO AVAlLABLE.

• All artwork must be emailed to info@samsshoptowels.com. Please do mention PO# with the artwork.
• PMS colors must be specified.
• For best results some minor adjustments may be required on your artwork and we will contact prior to
any changes.

All artwork for Screen Printing must be in Adobe Illustrator CS or higher vector format (AI, PDF or EPS).
• Artwork that is not properly set is subject to redesign upon customers request, additional fees may
apply.
• Typesetting services are available for a minimal charge. Please provide the font as well as a mock-up
or detailed layout.

• Photo Art: requires 750 DPI at actual product size or 300 DPI at ¼ of Product Size. For Example, for 30” x
60” Towel photo art should be 300 DPI at 15” × 30’’.
• Spot Color Art: requires a vector art file (Al, EPS, PDF)
• Photo Art Combined with Spot Color Art: requires a layered file. The “Spot” elements should be in a
separate layers from the photo.
• Bleed - Allow 1.5” Bleed on each side of the item. For example, 50’ x 60” Blankets should be sized 53” x
63”

• Photographic images should be a minimum of 300 DPI at actual size.
• Minimum requirement tor fonts are 16 pt. and 2 pt. lines.

• Most art files are acceptable for embroidery.
• We accept (DST and EMB files).

• Proofs are free of charge on an order.
• Two revisions on a proof is included, additional revisions will be a charge of $7.5 (V) per proof.
• Production time starts after proof is approved and signed off.

• All orders are subject to 5% over or under run, and will be considered complete.
• Orders under 144 pcs are subject to 10% over/under run.
• If exact quantity is needed, 5% upcharge will be added to all orders over 144 pcs. For Large quantity
orders please confirm with the factory.

• All new clients will be on prepayment status, until credit is established. Repeat clients can apply for
terms.
• We accept all major credit cards addition to company checks, wire transfers and ach.
• Only Approved accounts will be invoiced at Net 30 days. Rest of the accounts will be on pre-paid
terms.

• $125 (V) tor the pre-pro sample, it includes a ground ship to anywhere in USA (commercial ad-
dress) Express shipping would be additional charges.
• Addition to above : $43.75 (V) setup charge per color.
• If order is placed within 6 months, repeat setup is charge.

• $156.25 (V). 50% will be credit back to customer if order is approved for production.

• $187.5 (V) for the pre-production sample.
• Addition to above there would be setup charge $150 (V) per color.
• When order is placed within 6 months of pre-pro, repeat setup is charge.

• Spec sample in available fabric (in your style) can be made with a small charge of $75.(V) (blank)
• Imprint sample in available fabric can be made with a charge of $156.25 (V), plus setup charges
$12.50 (V) per color.

• Pre pro for $250 (V).

Screen Imprint additional Run Charges:

• There is a PMS match charge of $25 (V). We do come as close as possible but exact PMS
match is not guaranteed on all surtaces.

• A orders will be shipped UPS or Fedex ground service unless specified otherwise by customer.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays and any delivery errors made by carriers.
• Address change charges will be billed if incorrect address is provided.
• Drop ship charge for more than one location is $8.75 (Z) per location.
• Freight quotes are estimates only. Actual shipping costs may vary.
